"He overcharged me on the first visit for labor and some of the equipment. (used for first day of work) . Compared to what his office provided me for a quote prior to the work starting. He was suppose to come back to complete the job the following week. He did not show on the appointment day and time. He would not return phone calls left with his office, which is his wife. He did not respond to any correspondence via mail as well."
