They are called the geek squad for good reason apparently, because they really know what they are doing. Replacing a hard drive on a laptop is not easy, given the limited space to work with. It was repaired in four days and is running properly. They explained what was wrong, and what they did to repair it. They fixed it so well, I was able to use the computers worth to purchase a new one from them.

The viruses were removed but it took at least two weeks to get my computer back. They said it would only be a few days. When I went to pick it up, they were too busy to explain the anti-virus software to me, or what I had had to do it to avoid this again. To top it off, my warranty for a year and half old computer did not cover this. They did however, remove the viruses, and I have not had that problem happen again.
