"I got to meet and observe both service technicians on the same day. Hugo serviced our Whirlpool Cabria dryer. As he serviced this appliance he explained each of the steps he took and made suggestions about future care with this appliance. Tim came and serviced our Kenmore refrigerator in the afternoon. The care shown by Hugo was also evident. Again I got a very complete explanation of possible problems and solutions. I would not hesitate to call on them again."
