They did and excellent job!! My husband has asthma so I worried he would get sick even with the cleaning, but they trap all the dirt and dust to keep everything clean and purified. Worth every penny. The air in the house is so clean now and even our furnace ran better after the cleaning. I will be using them again whenever then next time my air ducts need cleaning. If you have pets, live out in the country or have construction work done in your home it maybe past time to get your ducts clean. I recommend giving Dale a call.

I originally scheduled this cleaning service on 10/17/16. The night before I received a message from the owner that the cleaning truck was inoperable and needed to be repaired. I completely understand maintenance issues and left a message for the owner to reschedule. I did not hear back and 3 weeks later I called the owner again who explained that my contact information was deleted while transitioning to a new new tablet contact system. He offered me a discount on the service and quoted me $400 instead of $550 (I think). Previously I had discussed the cleaning procedure with Dale. I expressed my concern regarding boot covers and equipment being laid on the carpet since I have an infant who is starting to crawl. I also asked who would be providing the service and the owner said he and another HVAC specialist who he has worked with for many years complete the cleaning and they would wear boot covers and lay down plastic covering for equipment. On 11/21/16, two mid-20s workers showed up at the appointment time to clean our vents. They quickly entered the house and installed the equipment. They did not wear boot covers or lay plastic wrap down. They did not explain the cleaning process and hardly spoke to us. They were not unprofessional but also not customer service oriented. The suction hose needed to be ran through a basement window well. After the service was completed, I thought that the workers broke my window screen as it was torn. I examined the area and discovered that a deceased mouse had been in the window well probably chewed the screen. The infuriating issue is that the hose had to be drug right over the mouse through my basement. Once again, no plastic wrap laid down as promised. There was residue from the window well all over the immediate area to include my daughter's bean bag and end of our new couch. The workers also left a small vacuum in my furnace closet . The workers were here for 90 minutes and it took us well over 2 hours to clean up after they left. After I paid for the service and tipped the workers, I was told that the Amazon gift card promise as part of the Angie's list promotion was not with them. They said that Dale was out and would probably stop by in person that day to drop it off and if we did not hear from him that day, he would mail it to us. I left the residue on the couch/bean bag that day to show Dale as I expected to see him that day. I have not received any letter, phone call or gift card from Dale nor have I called him. The furnace also makes a rattling noise for a minute when it starts and that did not happen prior to the service. I am disappointed in this company and service as I always try to support local business and fellow veterans but I would suggest using a different company.

Thorough and reasonably priced inspection and cleaning service. Josh very successfully handled, with grace and patience, the unexpected discovery of one trapped but very weak squirrel and a couple long deceased ones. We chose to have defective chimney cap replaced!

Dave and Jeff called to tell me they were on their way - arrived a bit early. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Very reasonably priced.

Dale ran the dryer for a few minutes, then pulled it out from the wall and cleaned out the vent and made sure the dryer was running satisfactorily.

Dale and his guys were personable, and easy to work with. 
I originally gave Dale an estimate of footage that was way off (~400, should've been ~1500)
I provided Dale w/ footage numbers for the attic space covering two back bedrooms, but not including main house footage.
We discovered this about 1/3 the way through;  but Dale had enough bags on hand to handle it.
They worked through, and finished, the job by 5pm, even after I suggested they might consider splitting the job
in two, and returning later.   As it was, my mistake blew Dale's job schedule for the rest of the day,
but  Dale was gracious about it.
The attic is sparkling clean, with nary a trace of any insulation remaining (yellow blown  flibreglass)

The staff were good. They left the area clean. The staff arrived early and called to see if it was ok to come early. I would recommend them to a friend.

I called for an appointment, and the owner, Dale, returned my call promptly even though he was on vacation.  I only had to wait about a week for the work to be done.  The two-man crew arrived exactly on time and was professional and friendly throughout the time they were here.  Dale told me in advance exactly what to expect, and he was completely accurate and honest.  The work took a little less time than he estimated (2 hours and 15 minutes instead of 3 hours) for my 5,000 square foot house with two furnaces.  The price was competitive and exactly what was quoted to me in advance.  The guys left the house as clean as they found it (other than the ductwork, which was MUCH cleaner), and they explained the amount of dirt they found in the system and where it was the worst.  By the way, the process is fairly loud, which Dale warned me of, so it's a good idea to make arrangements for your pets to be elsewhere while it's being done.

Professional, friendly, right on time and honest. The ducts in our recently purchased home hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Thank you!
