After another company completely botched the job and wasted our time, Lone Star came out a couple of days later, diagnosed the job, received approval from our home warranty company, and had the work completed. They did outstanding work, and even a year later we've had no issues with their work. I'm so thankful to Lone Star. After they finished, a couple of weeks later was "Snowmageddon" in Texas.
