My pool was installed in 1975 . It is was in such bad shape we were at a decision of repairing or filling in. We had several consults and estimates and decided to go with Texas Fiberglass pools and we ate so glad we did. This is a first class operation trustworthy company. Once they began work , they worked consistently without delays. There was one incident that should convince anyone of the quality of this company. The workers had gotten the pool with all supports and was ready to pour concrete when we had a hard rain that floated the pool about 3 feet out of the ground. Oliver, the owner assured us he had dealt with this before and could repair the damage . It took 3 days but they did it with no additional charge . Oliver the owner and Gabriel the manager run a very quality and efficient operation with friendly and well trained employees. We are so pleased with our pool that looks as good as it did in 1975. Our 6 grandchildren are very happy with it as well. I highly recommend this company.

They showed up on time ready to work. They took our old run down pool and made it look brand new. They kept everything clean while they worked. Awesome job. Highly recommend.

The crew worked hard in 95 degree weather re-doing the fiberglass surface of our old pool. The arrived at 6:30 in the morning and stayed until dark, around 8pm, and did a great job. Our pool looks new!

We needed a resurface on our pool. We called Texas Fiberglass Pools and Gabriel came out, listed to our needs, took measurements and we discussed the details of the work to be done. Before he left, we agreed on the scope of work and the cost. I considered the cost reasonable and the work was scheduled. He and his crews started work during the heat wave during which the temp hit 108. In spite of the heat, the crews worked taking water breaks as needed to continue work in the extreme heat. Gabriel and his crews did a great job. Our pool looks great and we asked for further help in conditioning the fill water. We are very satisfied with the attention, courtesy and work done by Gabriel and his crews. Also, Oliver, the owner visited with us to assure we were satisfied. Oliver left us his phone number in case we needed to contact him in the future.

The project went perfectly. It was completed a week ahead of schedule. The crew arrived at my home on time. They were there three days. Each day they cleaned up before leaving. You would not have known anyone was there working it was so clean. The pool refinishing looks perfect. The color is an exact match of the previous color. The work crew spent a lot of time on the little details. They treated my pool like their own. Every think looks great. Thank you very much.

I cannot express how professional Oliver and his team are. We had been burnt previously by people saying they could fix our pool.. Oliver and his team did exactly what they said they would do and then some. They leveled the top of our fiberglass pool, replaced all plumbing, took out the bulges from the sides of the pool, replaced all decking, supported the outside of the pool, re-fiberglassed the inside and added tile. Our pool was 40 years old and now looks brand new. My husband and I could not be more pleased.

Gabriel was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The project ran longer than expected due to weather, which tested everyone's patience. There were also a couple of days when the crew was late to arrive, but the end result looks great.

Excellent experience, not cheap but they did it right. The old motto "You get what you pay for" definitely applies here. They did exactly what they said in the time frame they proposed. Took a while ( 15 working days) because of all the work needed to completely refurbish both the pool and deck. The weather delayed the team once or twice but they made up the time by working weekends as necessary to keep us on track. Everyone that has seen the pool says it looks like new and it's awesome. They were the only ones that I found which would provide a "Formal" written contract and an "Excellent" warranty. We have had past experiences with repair companies that completely flopped and this one resolved the poor quality work from the previous company.

Absolutely stunned by this amazing company. Tell me, do you enjoy paying a lot of money for something and not getting the absolute best experience? Me neither. Which is why Gabriel and his team are the absolute best. Let's face it...Pools are expensive. You need to make sure you're getting bang for your buck. Texas fiberglass pools does amazing quality work and their customer service is beyond comparison. At one point during this process, Gabriel showed up at my house at 7 am just to accommodate my work schedule. You cannot get better than these guys. Period. I'm looking forward to continuing our partnership when we redo our entire patio and deck. Some good friends of ours had theirs redone by them, and it looks AMAZING. We had the fiberglass conversion, new pool equipment, tile work, and salt water conversion all done at once and we LOVE our pool now! You should've seen this wreck of a pool when we bought the house. Ugly 90s mosaic, broken plaster with structural cracks, you name it. Gabriel and his team transformed this thing from the black lagoon into a verifiable masterpiece.

I had a 20 x 40 pool with gunite bottom and fiberglass sides that had been leaking since I bought the property over 20 years ago. I hired a "professional" shortly after buying the property that burned through my cash and when he was done -- the pool still leaked. I had more than one "leak expert" search for the leak(s) and determine that it wasn't in the plumbing. I drained, patched, painted and sealed 3 times over the years but the water loss got to the point that I couldn't keep the chemicals balanced. I had to bury the pool, build a new pool or take one more shot at a repair. I went into this "pool refurbish project" as a skeptic and was ready to call "FOUL!" on anything that smacked of salesmanship or the "good as new" promise. Texas Fiberglass Pools assessed the pool; provided recommendations for a full overhaul: provided an itemized pricing proposal so that I could choose what I wanted to do with consideration given to cost; talked me through the pros and cons of my choices; and answered several rounds of questions so that I could become a relative expert on their process. AND, in addition, I tore apart their contract looking for "weasel clauses" and requested language to clarify my expectations of warranty and post-sale responsibility. They never showed fatigue or indicated that they wanted to fire me as a customer! The project was well managed. Workers were here early and worked six days a week. They were respectful of my dogs and made certain gates were closed when they left each day. We had agreed on progress-pay through the course of the project. Considering that it took be two months of questions and answers before I made a decision, I didn't complain. My decision process delayed the start and pushed us into the holidays. This work was done at the end of 2016. I had issues with the timers failing in 2017 and some minor tile problems in the spring of 2018 and again in 2019. When I call they respond. I don't feel like they took the money and ran. They have always done what they've said they would do so I trust they will respond should I have any issues going forward. I highly recommend Texas Fiberglass Pools, Inc . for pool repair. The cost was 1/3 the estimate to build a new pool and I have as close to a new pool as I can get. I finally have an attractive, serviceable pool that doesn't leak and I look forward to the swimming season each year.

When you hand over a lot of money to a contractor, you're always a bit cautious, but with Texas Fiberglass Pools I never felt that way. I got an estimate on a Thu, and they got working on it the following Monday, and they essentially finished by Saturday. I'm still blown away by the efficiency of the process. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Ultimately they do great work. This was worth every dime! I wish every contractor was able to do great work while simultaneously being fast and efficient as Texas Fiberglass pools was. Next time I need anything done to my pool, I'm calling Texas Fiberglass pools first!

I won't ever use anyone else for my pool and deck. Gabriel is an outstanding communicator, the guys on the team were the cleanest workers and most courteous that they could possibly be, and the entire process was completely painless.
