What was supposed to be a two week job ended up being a five week headache dealing with Mr. Regalado's constant need for money during the time he was working here. Upon receiving his last check, he claimed to be coming back to finish painting the cool deck. He never returned, and after 3 calls, I finally told him just to leave the paint at my house and I'd finish his job for him. He said he would agree to do that. I have yet to see him or the paint. Now, I have tiles popping off continuously, and the plaster is already discoloring everywhere. Please bear in mind, I've owned this pool for 30 years, and it just needed some TLC. I wish now Mr. Regalado would have never touched my pool. It was a whole lot better before he came around.
