Outstanding. After another company completely botched the job and wasted our time, Lone Star came out a couple of days later, diagnosed the job, received approval from our home warranty company, and had the work completed. They did outstanding work, and even a year later we've had no issues with their work. I'm so thankful to Lone Star. After they finished, a couple of weeks later was "Snowmageddon" in Texas. With nearly a foot of snow outside, our home never dipped below 50 degrees. Thank you, Lone Star Contractors.

The job was conducted as promised and the estimate was accurate. The workers were professional and courteous. We were shown the problem via the cameral used to view the sewer, and everything was explained to our understanding. The time frame was as promised, no problems.

The 2 guys that showed up were anything but helpful. They acted like the problem was my imagination. Since they did the original installation, the best I can describe it is sloppy.

The workers were very pleasant and professional. The original plan to run the gas under the house from one point to the fireplace would not work so the plumbers considered all alternatives then decided on the most efficient way to get the line to the fireplace. While the work was being performed the plumber also noticed my sewer line under the house had just started leaking so I was glad to also get that pipe replaced while they were there. The plumbers worked efficiently till all the work was completed and never left for extended periods of time while the work was being performed. This was one of my most pleasant experiences with having work of this type performed at my home. I will definitely use this company in the future for any plumbing needs

We knew taking on a project to put a in ground pool in was not going to be easy, but Slater Chapa of Lone Star Contractors

made this experience a wonderful one from the very beginning. He is very hands on with his company and he and his workers

were extremely great to work with.

From the stamped concrete to the last detail of the pool, deck and fire pit areas, Slater created a wonderful oasis for us to enjoy for many years.

The workman ship on every last detail could not have been better. Slater's ability to design not just a pool but a outdoor living area

is more than we could have dreamed of.

I would highly recommend this company and all it's employees for their exceptional work ethics and quality.
