They came to our home, looked at the attic exhaust fan, and said it needed to be replaced. We paid them $75 for the visit, and we never heard from them again. My husband called them and the home warranty company called them, but neither could get a reply.

The circuit between my breaker box and the pump timer goes through two other connections. The original installer had wired part of the connection backwards, so it looked like the pump timer was getting power, but it wasn't. It wasn't easy to find, but this electrician did and then he pigtailed both wires onto one connection so we won't make the mistake again. He was very professional and just as buffaloed by what was going on as the pool guys had been, but he kept working at until he finally found the problem.
