Excellent work cleaning my apartment for move out! Quick, kind service, and really good prices.

We were impressed with the first thorough cleaning that they did and look forward to bi weekly service in the future. Being seniors, and always cleaning our own home, we finally realized we needed to give it up and are thankful to have found a team that has met our high standards. Thanks to Rosa and team!

This review has been long overdue . They worked for us for almost a year when we lived in Dallas. We unfortunately had to move out of state in September. These ladies took care of us biweekly and cleaned so well. I miss their service terribly. Sonia

They cleaned very well. They just didnâ t put things back in their places, which is hard to remember bc itâ s not their house you know. The ladies were very hard workers who did an excellent job. Only a few things were missed but believe me when I tell you, they did an outstanding job. Will continue to hire them.

Surprise for my wife. Never had done this before. The three girls worked for 3 hours, non stop. They went the extra mile and even folded a side blanket into a bow on our bed. (Haven't been able to master that again) When my wife got home her eyes lit up at how 'clean' I had kept the house... thanks girls!

Unprofessional, unethical. Overcharges from quote. Does not check employees work. Does not use a punch list. Refuses to send detailed itemized invoice on company letterhead and address. Would never hire again. Doesn't adhere to questions or requests for license, insurance and bonding papers. Refuses to send completed pictures. Will not return calls or emails. Tried to resolve numerous times to pay bill and she refuses to respond. Also there are two missing cleaning products. She only responded upon HomeAdvisors call as a mediator and she offered to pay for missing cleaning products.

We hired Rosa for move-in cleaning services, and we were very pleased with her and her team! She showed up early, was friendly, and was very thorough. I would definitely recommend and plan to hire her again!

They tried to reschedule because someone didn't show for work. Admittedly, I ordered the service the previous night but needed the place cleaned that day. We eventually agreed that they would arrive later than planned, but they did a wonderful job in a very short time.

We hired Rosa to help with a move-out and she was very knowledgeable about the process and what a home owner usually wants. It was a very deep and thorough clean and I would definitely recommend!

Rosa was nice, but they put water on our wood floors. 4 women came and they were in such a hurry. I got home from work and couldn't believe that the house had even been cleaned. My suggestion is that Rosa work alone. She will and can make more money than bringing in a crew. The quality of cleaning that was done was worse than when I clean my own house. They charged $180 and we gave them a $20 tip. For $200 I was supposed to have a deep cleaning service. That isn't what I got and who washes wood floors by throwing water over them, rugs weren't moved. They worked so fast. When you work so fast you fail to pay attention to the details, and a GOOD cleaner or DEEP cleaning service pays attention to the smallest of details. So no..not happening again. I wont hire them again.

My Spotless House has been cleaning by home bi-monthly for 8 years. Rosa and her ladies are trustworthy and clean my home like it was their own home. Each and every cleaning has been excellent and of the highest quality. I highly recommend this business.
