We perform leak detections and repairs on fiberglass, and skimmer repairs/replacements. We can also replace drain covers., at the equipment and at the structure. We can perform the following types of repairs: epoxy, gunite and vinyl in-ground pools and spas anytime of year. We use noninvasive equipment to locate leaks in the plumbing lines, plumbing, vinyl patches

Mark is a consummate professional. He did some work for a family member about a year ago and did a great job. I had him work on my pool today and couldn't be happier with every aspect of the transaction. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable with great communication skills. He identified that my problem was a leak around the skimmer that could be repaired at a reasonable cost. This is an honest, competent man that I would not hesitate to recommend or hire again.

If you have a leak or suspect you have a leak in your pool, this company is the one to call. The gentleman came very promptly and even dove in the pool . It took less then a week to find and fix the leak . I will certainly keep them in my contact list should I ever suspect that the water in my pool goes down more then it should. The price is more then reasonable and the quality of the work is outstanding.

Leak Professionals was very professional and really cared. He asked questions on the first call to try and understand the problem to ensure I had tried everything because he wanted to ensure I did not have to pay money for him to come out. He quoted the price in stages to try and save me money. First price to check skimmers, then at additional cost check lines, then additional cost to dive to check drains and inside pool. Way more than the other company had done and he found the leaks! I appreciate his thoroughness and concern. I highly recommend Leak Professionals for pool leaks.

After trying a couple different companies in the past that charged a lot of money to find leaks and were not effective, I used Angie's list to find Leak Professionals. Mark contacted me within 24 hours of my voicemail. We discussed how he identified leaks and what the initial cost would be. After his first visit, he identified where the leak was, what the cost would be to repair, what possible unforeseen risks could occur and then we set a date for him to return. The rain caused us to reschedule twice and each time he called me to let me know and make sure I understood why. When the weather finally cleared up, he was able to repair the leak and the concrete around my pool. He did an outstanding job on both the leak and the concrete. The cost was exactly what he said it would be. I would recommend Leak Professionals to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again.

Mark was able to see once he looked at the main drain that the plaster was gone from around the pipes and that was the reason I was losing water in my pool. He also checked the integrity of the drain pipes and the pool light to make sure there weren't multiple reasons for the leak. Definitely worth the money to have someone check all the areas under water and give me the facts so I can make a decision about re-plastering the pool.

I had what turned out to be one heck of a break in my main drain line. Due to the poor filler material that was used when building the pool, tracking down the actual location of the break took a lot more work than a typical leak repair would. Despite these constant challenges, Mark stayed on top of things and kept his cheerful demeanor. In fact, he was apologizing to me for how long it took, however I felt bad for him that it was taking him so much longer than normal due to the complexity.
These leak repair companies charge a flat rate for the repair and play the law of averages. If a leak is easily repaired then this works out in their favor. However, when things take longer and are more difficult, they still perform the work for the same price. While some may worry that you get lower quality the longer and more difficult the repair is, I can assure you that with Mark and Leak Professionals, you don't have to worry about this. Mark stays on the job 100% focused until the repair is completed. He even patched up the hole so that it is much harder to detect that we even had work done in the first place.
While I hate having to spend money on the endless money-pit that is my pool, if you have to get a leak located or repaired, I HIGHLY recommend Mark.

Mark was great throughout the whole process. He was helpful during the initial phone call describing the possibilities and telling me what I might be able to check myself to avoid a visit. Like many other leak specialists, he has a flat rate for the fix (excluding extreme circumstances) and when he arrived, he walked me through the likely scenarios. It turned out to be a typical repair for a flat rate (actually on the edge of the patio where a large tree root had cracked a T joint, so chopping concrete was luckily not needed). Since leaks under a patio/slab is a problem I've never had, I (like others) was a little concerned about the cost of fixing this and he Mark was a great communicator and kept me apprised of the possibilities throughout the process. It was an all day job. That was three months ago and the repair is holding up fine. I would have no problem at all recommending him to others.

They came by on their way to another appointment and checked the system. They quickly found a leak in the liner and since it only took about 5 minutes, they did not charge.

Mark was prompt and very knowledgeable. He found the issue and referred me to an honest contractor that could make the repair (I have stamped concrete that had to be cut out). Mark quoted me a higher price on the phone, but then actually charged me significantly less because it ended up being a smaller job! Awesome! Very honest guy, and very friendly. If I ever find myself dealing with another leak, I will use Mark again for sure.

I would use Mark again without hesitation. He was extremely responsive and professional along with being very competitive price wise. I had a leak in my pool and Mark gave me two estimates depending upon what type of leak detection was necessary and as it turns out he was able to find it for the lesser price. He gave me an estimate for the repair along with his findings and suggested I get some competive bids which I really appreciated.
After beginning the repair he discovered the leak was actually in the concrete wall of the spa. He then recommended another company to complete the work and said they would honor his estimate. They came out a couple of days later and completed the repair. In addition, they fixed several small leaks I had where seals had dried out.
I will defnitely go back to Leak Professionals next time I need some work done on my pool.

He found a leak in the return line under my pool deck. His price was reasonable and he was very professional. He recommended a very reasonable plumber who could dig under the deck and repair the leak and they did a great job too. I was very satisfied with the work and would call them again.

He is a one man company, so you don't have to worry about the quality of hired employees.
I was having to put water in the pool frequently. I found this service on Angies List and gave him a call.
He arrived promptly. His pricing structure was that he only charged for the testing he had to do. For example, if he found a leak in the main pool lines and didn't have to test the spa the cost was less.
He found a leak under the concrete deck and came back a few days later to fix it. He made a hole in the deck, fixed the leak, and repaired the deck. The deck repair was very good. I almost couldn't tell where he had worked on it.
I was very satisfied with his work. I've recently started having to add water to the pool frequently which I assume means I've got another leak (remember it's been over a year so this is not a problem with his previous work). I have them scheduled to check the pool again.

Mark is a really great guy. Very friendly, very professional, will difintiely leave you with the impression that he is there to help you. He systematically checked every possbile cause of the leak, even diving the pool in 55 degree water to check the drain and the housing around the light. Finally determined that a previous repair on that light housing from years before had failed. He sealed the leak with epoxy. He gave us plenty of advice on how to incorporate a more permanent repair when we resurface. He spent 3.5 hours total on the the leak detection and repair. I found his price to be fair and competitve with other estimates. I have confidence that he has bought the time we need to get to the next resurface. All in all a great experience. Again, Angie's list came through!

Mark Lewis, owner of the business, responded immediately and was at our home within a couple of days. He was recommended to us by Calvary Custom Pools. We were losing water faster than we thought was normal. When all the tests showed there were no leaks, Mark educated us on the potential for water loss due to evaporation. He also gave us a suggestion for how to alter the overflow drainage cap to possibly reduce excessive water loss. He was in no hurry, took his time, answered questions...very professional.
