TexSun Exteriors

Tex-Sun Exteriors screened in my patio September 2021. Tim came out measured our patio area and made some suggestions on the area to be screened in. He said he would email me the quote with a diagram of work to be performed. We were excited after receiving the quote from Tex-Sun Exteriors. We immediately agreed on their pricing and signed the contract. Tim stayed in touch with us during the order of materials and estimated time of installation. Once all materials were delivered to Tex-Sun Exteriors Tim called and said installation would start on Thursday morning. Tim and Steve showed up promptly on Thursday and completed the project on Friday by noon. Both of these men were very professional and courteous. If we could give Tex-Sun Exterior 10 stars we would. They delivered everything promised and more. If you are looking for a company to complete your project please allow Tex-Sun Exteriors to make you satisfied like we are.

We happily got the Screened-In Patio we've always wanted and dreamed of. Derek was a pleasure to work with regarding the initial quote and answering all our questions. The installation was done by Steve and Guy, and we are so very thankful for their expertise and ultimate professionalism. They did a beautiful job, and were very attentive to all our needs and requirements.

It went great -- from my initial contact with John Lewis all the way to the end of the job when t Steve and Guy did the repair work. My aluminum 'Metals USA Elitewood Ultra Series' patio cover was damaged by hail back in March 2016 at which time I contacted TexSun Exteriors to give me a quote for the repair, John Lewis came out, assessed the damage, made some great suggestions on improving the current design which had some deficiencies and provided me a quote to repair the cover, and my roof too. Due to various factors which I will not go into, I waited until mid 2017 to act on getting the repair work done. I contacted John again and asked him to come back out and update the quote on the cover which he did. Since (1) Texsun Exteriors quoted the original installation in 2007 and (2) considering I was most impressed with its representative back then even though they did not get the job, and (3) considering Texsun has a great rating on Angieslist, I chose to have Texsun do the work without getting any other quotes. In effect, I trusted them and they proved to be most trustworthy. The actual installation went great! John worked with me on getting the job scheduled as soon as possible and Steve and Guy came out to do the work. These guys worked together and did what I consider an excellent job. I was most pleased. if you have patio cover work to be done, or need Patio Shade Structures, Patio Covers, Patio Enclosures or Awnings, I highly recommend you consider Texsun Exteriors. They will do you a great job. I can also highly recommend the maintenance-free, 'Metals USA Elitewood' aluminum covers that Texsun sells. They come with a lot of options and look really nice. I am most happy with mine and there is no maintenance with it as with wood covers!

I contracted to have my patio screened in with a view toward adding windows later. The screen room was installed in early summer 2016; the windows to make it a sunroom in October 2016. I have always dealt with John L. He and the company are great; they are quick to provide an estimate and do the work and have gone out of their way to be helpful. They are very professional and complete their work in a very timely manner. I had one small leak when the screen room was first put in, and it was immediately fixed. I am currently having SunTex give me a quote for an arbor. I am very pleased with SunTex and highly recommend them.

Tim came out one morning and took measurements, and we bounced some ideas around, since the rooflines were posing some challenges.  He had John come out a few days later,  to look at the area where a  slab would need to be poured. John started brainstorming, and after discussing a couple of options, we decided to go with a washed aggregate slab that would closely match the existing one, saving me money in the process. John said something that really stood out when we were bouncing ideas about the slab. He said, " I like to think how I would want this to turn out if it were my house."  I really enjoyed working with these two gentlemen. Tim and John were very thorough in their explanations, and I ended up getting much more than expected. I was able to watch the slab being poured, and the bonus items came out great. The screen room was installed about a week later, and it looks really nice! I've been able to enjoy a couple of  summer evenings in the screen room, and am looking forward to spending more time "outdoors" without having to worry about mosquitoes chasing me inside. Texsun Exteriors is a great company to work with, their prices are very reasonable, and the quality of their work is top notch! I definitely recommend their services.

Texsun exteriors screened in my back patio.  Everyone was very professional from start to finish.   It looks awesome!  All of the neighbors love it.  If this does not add value to my home, than I do not know what will.  I plan on having Texsun come back and extend my patio and install a fire pit.  I went through 3 different contractors and Texsun was the middle of the road price.  Again, I can not say how happy I am with Keelan, the contractors and Texsun!!  They will be my recommendation to anyone interested in Patio work.  If I knew how to post a picture I would.

Tim and his team were very thorough in their estimation of time and cost and design of the structure. They provided contacts for past customers we were able to visit and see their structures also. The job was completed in a timely manner. We will use them again for future work.

Project went smooth.  The Texsun rep was responsive and willing to help.  We were very pleased with there services.

They were on time - started and completed on dates they promised. They cleaned up the site after completion.
