"I can’t say enough about this Arlington, Texas-based team. After researching duct cleaning services in the DFW area, I was impressed with the reviews for Pure Air, so I set up an appointment. Our expectations for this service were not only met but exceeded. The care that this duo took to protect our home, while cleaning & sanitizing our ducts, was above & beyond what I ever imagined. We especially appreciated the explanations they provided along the way – SHOWING US what they found & how they were addressing the problems – AND cleaning up after. At the last minute, we opted to have our dryer vent cleaned as well. THANK GOD that we did; we were in danger of this dirty vent becoming a fire hazard! Mark explained and showed me what was wrong and I am shocked other companies were not willing to do the research of my whole system. He even went in the attic in this Summer Heat. He also offered to lend me a window ac. Then he called me the next day to follow with me and make sure everything was good. I told him I did not know my air could feel this strong and fresh. " Ray was curtious and scheduled us for a week later and was on time.On this job the worker screwed up and sprayed the walking area and we were unalbe to get to our air conditioner in order to change our filter.We called Ray on Friday the 1st. He informed us he would stop over at 10AM Saturday the 2nd. We wait all day he never showed up and not even a phone call to cancell. We were in no rush accepted his poor excuse and he rescheduled for Monday the 4th at 10AM. There was no rush on our part but he said Monday would work. Well Monday came and went no Ray Reynolds. Again not even a phone call. Called him on Tuesday said he be by in an hour again no one showed up. Now that he knows my phone number he ignores it. Had my wife call on her cell and another lame excuse. Two things I would like to forward potential customers. He likes to take your check before the work is completed. If you use Duct Doctors make sure the job is completed and you inspect it first. He will never return for problems once he is paid. Be for warned before using Duct Doctors. I am a victim.show more
