It was great and its very essential handyman service. They showed up when they say they gonna show up and he did the work I wanted them to get done.

Job was done very well. He was on time and completed the job efficiently.

Chris was very responsive in getting me scheduled for the drywall repairs. Dan spent nine hours total, four one day and five the next, in repairing four large cracks in the ceiling and wall of my garage. He also touched up some other holes and dings as well that he found too. The finished work looks great and I would definitely hire them again.

Chris did a wonderful job. Very neat and clean. Most of all the work he does is perfect. We had him caulk, repair crack in a wall and replace smoke detectors. When he went to replace the batteries in our smoke detectors, he noticed that they were old and not going to be effective because of their age. He went to Lowes to purchase us new ones but said they wanted too much money for them and suggested that we order them through Amazon. We got on Amazon together and he pointed out the ones we needed. They were one third of the cost of Lowes! Our neighbors have also used Chris and had nothing but kudos for all the jobs he's done for them. I highly recommend him!

Replacung baseboard and patch drywall

Chris and his dad listened to our concerns and fixed all the problems. They were clean, efficient and took time to do the work properly. They even fixed someone else's bad repair. Now everything looks great! We would hire them again for sure. Thanks!

Chris is AWESOME - He looks at the entire project including any Non-visible issues that could affect the end result and advises you of his findings in real time, prior to starting or continuing work. He does not hide issues. We own a condo and had another HVAC vendor put in a new dryer ducting run between the first and second floors. We knew they did not do drywall nor stucco/finishing so I engaged Chris, who I had never used before, for that job. When Chris started to work to trim the ceiling opening to put the new drywall patch in place, he found that the dryer ducting had been 'squished' ontop of our existing flexible AC ducting. He found that our air flow from our HVAC system to the vents adjacent to this ducting were being severely compromised. Also there was condensation collecting around the new dryer ducting as well as on the hvac ducting due to "heat from the dryer" converging with "Cool air from the hvac". And this was days after the HVAC folks did their work. He engaged a specialist to advise us on what we needed to do and then he reran portions of the new dryer ducting away from the hvac so that the hvac flow was no longer compromised. The finished product was amazing... you can not tell we had any work done on the ceiling at all unless you knew there was work done there! I highly recommend Chris for all paint, drywall and stucco jobs and will only use Chris for all future work on any of our properties.

Amazing and given the circumstances way better than I could have hoped for. As soon as Chris started to prep the first of the ceiling openings he noticed multiple concerns: the new rigid dryer ducting had been run perpendicular to the HVAC ductwork and the HVAC ducting was crushed behind the new rigid dryer ducting as a result of that placement. First issue this caused - The forced air flow to the living room ceiling vent, which was beyond the impacted HVAC ducting was significantly constricted by the rigid ducting. Second - because of the cross contact of "Dryer heated air" flowing through the new rigid ducting with the "cool AC air" through the HVAC ducting, the rigid ducting was accumulating condensation. Upon closer inspection with my approval, Chris opened the crushed "kludged together with tape" HVAC ducting and found the beginnings of black mold there and also in and around the insulation. Chris advised me to contact the company who did the duct work to have them correct the ducting. In parallel, he referred us to another duct venting company who I spoke to as well. Due to time constraints and since my original Venting company who did the work did not get back to me, I went ahead and approved the ducting be corrected by Chris. I told Chris I would work it out with the other company who did the duct work later. Chris actually saved us time and money and long term our health and the health of our tenants. Thank you Thank you Chris!.. Oh BTW he does an awesome job of texturing and his prices are very reasonable for the quality of work he provides. .. and he is tidy too :)

Dan provided professional and courteous service along with the needed repairs. Has all the tools of the trade to complete work in same day (in a matter of hours). Setup included traffic mats and screening off of work area. No mess leftover. Impressed.

Chris came over on a Saturday and took care of quite a few projects. He and his partner patched a few significant holes due to new fixtures, a door knob and a child's temper tantrum. They also took care of a few cracks and he re-textured a portion of a wall that was done poorly by the previous owners. The four rooms they worked in each had different textures, but they now blend perfectly with the rest of the walls. He also provided some good advice and accomplished a lot in just a few hours. Highly recommended.

Excellent! Chris was able to not only patch the holes, but also painted and textured the patches, too. He remained very professional - the man even took off his shoes before coming into the house without any prompting by me! He also cleaned up very, very well. It was as if he was never here except for the walls being like new!
