They were punctual, and if they are running late because of a previous client, they will give you a choice to reschedule or will come on the date reserved. They are very professional, and perform the work in a timely manner. They will explain what needs doing and will answer any questions you may have. I have used them several times to inspect the AC or heating to make sure all is well for the new season approaching.

The diagnosis was not good. Had to replace my heating/air unit. But the outcome was great. Everyone from Foster, who explained in detail all of our options, to the crew, who were fast, knowledgable, and professional, to Cote himself, just made this a very positive experience. I wouldn’t use anyone else in the future. We chose a Trane XV18 system, from the many options available. The owner, Cote came by to tell me that they could not get the XV18 from their supplier, so he was going to install a XV20i for the same price. The crew was on time and had the old system out and the new system installed in a matter of 4 hours. They even came back and added a second return to make the unit run quieter. Upon inspection of the job, everything was top notch and very professionally done. I couldn't even tell that they had been here. They went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. I was seriously impressed with this company.

I have used Cote’s fo 6 years. They are always on time, professional and do a great job. My old unit needed to be replaced after 11 years. Foster and Jason were both very helpful. Foster explained all the options and the pros and cons of each including financing. As usual I was very pleased with the experience and the job done.

They're awesome, love em. We have their annual service contract and we're not thinking about switching. We're on contract, so we don't pay for the call. They give us an estimate for the repair, but we don't pay for the call.

It was a waste of money, they didn't give the freon which was mentioned in the deal, they said that the system needs to be replaced and gave me an overpriced quote. I replaced my system with some other company for less money.

Performed air-conditioning system check, then system actually broke shortly there after, and very expensive repair required. Can't prove fault, but very mysterious.

I needed 2 lbs freon. It went well. Mr. Lovett was very helpful and explained everything to me. I paid an additional $75. for 1 lb of freon as 1 was included in my original order.

I was connected with this company through my home warranty company. They were extremely responsive in performing the service call and provided me with options for repair. I ultimately chose to replace the units. They provided me with several pricing options for replacing the units and we're very informative as to these options. Installation was timely and clean and the crew was very careful in the house.

It came out to be a much different problem and then they had to do other many other things. Then, they put the freon. They gave a discount for one pound of freon, the out it against this freon. The cost was quite a bit. It was $1,295 I think. On the price, I have no idea because I didn't shop around. Quality is good. Punctuality was okay. Well, only because they had coupons. They can make punctuality because it took them almost two weeks to schedule it. Then, they discovered the problem. Then, when they scheduled and then they changed us to another four days later. There were three people that came at different times. They installed something improperly, then they said we need a plumber it's not their problem. We called the plumber, and they said they didn't see nothing wrong with the plumbing. They sent their supervisor, one person. He said they did not do it another this was, so the water is not going downhill. So, then he adjusted the tilt so the line can flow. that's why it took so long before the guy came and fixed it.

We put a call into our home warranty company, and they told us that COTES would be in touch with us to service our unit. The technician spent less than 5 minutes in attic and looking at the system. He told us the we needed a new evaporator,. coils and 8 gallons of R-22. Also, he informed us that there were 4 code violation that would cost 1200 to fix (including replacing the R22) or we could buy a new unit from his company. After talking with a other technicians that week we were informed that our unit was grandfathered in, and we didn't need to fix the code violations. We were left with our air condition for almost 7 days because the company refused to fix the problem they diagnosed without fixing the code violations - an unnecessary cost to the homeowner.

The technician was very courteous and was technically well versed. He checked the AC Unit and found that coolant was less than required level, he filled it (1 pound) and everything is working fine

We paid for the special $49 AC tune-up and Cote's refused to service our air conditioner. They stated that we owed them money, but the truth is American Home Shield was responsible for reimbursement of $75. for a service fee that was waived on our end due to the fact that it took Cote's over a month to respond to our service request. We are disappointed that they refused to provide us with any proof that they were never paid as American Home Shield told us that they paid them. They returned my request for service with a nasty email, very unprofessional and insulting.
