The owner has no value in his craft or consideration for customer needs. Communicates through text. Very disorganized. Very rude and argumentative. The pictures attached are from 3 visits and explaining to them how this is not acceptable. Sharp edges, unfinished work. Fence lacks stability and appearance clearly needs some attention.
