He is also very fair with pricing and shows up as scheduled. He does not rush the job and does not ask to be paid until the job is done. I have never seen such poor execution of a fairly simple process. However, that was not even the worst part of the whole interaction with Five Star Painting. When expressing these concerns to Five Star Painting's project manager, I was met with extreme hostility and an absolute lack of understanding. Instead of having a discussion about my concerns it was immediately escalated to a "production manager" - almost as if this happens quite often . . . For a paint company, they sure do not understand paint, let alone customer care."
