In today's world it's hard to know if what you see on the different social media platforms is actually trustworthy, but finding Next Level Decks on Angi has been a wonderful experience. From initial contact through the final inspection of the finished deck, we have been impressed with Tim's professionalism and quality of work. We received a mock-up of the proposed deck design and pricing estimate in a very timely manner. The build process was extremely smooth. Everything was well communicated, such as arrival times, leaving times, daily plans, and deliveries. My questions were answered quickly. The team was friendly and took care of our space. The new deck turned out better than we ever imagined! The attention to detail and craftsmanship add to the overall design of the deck. He gave me a good price, did great work and came and left quickly. He actually went a little above and beyond because I had a concrete apron and all my other decks had to come up to the concrete so he worked his magic and I can walk right onto my deck from my door and he didn't change the price and it looks amazing!
