We were skeptical when he quoted us a price, we had to ask twice about it being the full cost. We have a log home so the main thing was that we could keep our inside and outside trim, all the other companies said it would have to be replaced with their product. And again, the price was so much less than any of the others we had priced. Then came the installation, the crew he sent out was amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was the way we wanted it. With a log home things are a little different and they made sure that everything was just right. Everything cleaned up when the left. The real test came this winter, with our old windows wind came in all around them. No problem this winter no wind, nice and cozy. "

"Hired them to level one corner of an addition which was sinking and had broken the slab foundation resulting in a crack and non level floor in that corner. They jacked up the sunken corner and supported it with footings. I was generally satisfied with the work. However, the contract specified that they were to then come in and cut out a two foot trench (one foot each side of the ~15' crack in the slab), remove the rubble, drill in rebar to the two sides and refill the trench with concrete. After jacking up the corner, the two management level guys oohed and ahhed about how good the crack looked. They suggested that cutting the trench was not necessary. So, what I got was a guy spent a few hours grinding the two sides of the crack smooth in a few places and then pushing concrete into the crack. I was OK with that. However, that's a LOT of work they had just been relieved of and I felt a price adjustment was appropriate. That was not forthcoming. They charged me the full amount even though they did not have to do a big chunk of work they had signed a contract to do. So, despite what I felt was generally good work, I came away from the experience with a bad taste of "bait and switch". Be prepared for that if you hire them."

The men picking up and delivering the car have always been pleasant and cooperative. Both Ely and Guy at United Transport has been highly responsive to my needs. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
