Ray did a fantastic job on our remodel. We had a very particular look in mind for our house and Ray had the patience and expertise to get it done the right way. This wasn’t the first time that Ray performed work for our family. Ray completed 2 professional office finish-outs for our family business in the past, so that’s why we knew he was the man for the job. If you’re looking for a professional general contractor that will get the job done the right way and not cut corners, then Ray is the man for the job.

TSM Construction had excellent follow through, great communication, clear understanding of the progression of the project. I would highly recommend them. I had no doubt they would make the best choice for me when I could not be there. They are one of the most highly organized companies I have ever dealt with. Well worth working with people who do things right. They had excellent communication– 6 stars! ‘You get what you pay for.’ High quality costs more and is well worth it….and after several different quotes they were always equal or a little less expensive.

The job at hand went very well. Mr. Ramos and his crew were on time at the job site. They would clean up the area at the end of the day. Mr. Ramos did not ask for any money until the job was complete and I was satisfied with the job. He also guarantees his work. I definitely will be requesting his work again in the future.

Impeccable job and very thorough. What I appreciated the most was the cleanliness and attention to detail and the superior communication throughout the entire process. The work done by far exceeded my expectations and will definitely hire for future projects. A lot of the remodeling was customized and flowed seamlessly with existing space. He made the entire space brand new and the craftsmanship will make it last for plenty of years to come.

It was done almost immediately after the initial call and I was going out for vacation the day after. I was able to go buy the new boiler and all I did was unload it and they replaced it in no time. We needed the sliding door at my parent's home replaced. TSM construction did a great job in getting the task completed. It was done in a timely and professional manner. We will continue to use them in the future for any other remodeling projects. They are one of the few in Laredo worth recommending. We are very pleased with their work.

Ray was a pro from the start. He arrived to the property on time to provide an estimate. He also presented several repair options and allowed me to choose the best one for my budget. He showed up as scheduled and let me know if he couldn’t make it as planned. He also guaranteed his work. Too many contractors promise quality work and professionalism and don’t deliver. Ray is the exception. I will continue to hire him for future projects.

The job was very well done. The team was professional and did a beautiful job on replacing all of the windows. They checked everything before leaving. It took them two days to install seven regular windows, two picture windows, and two sliding doors.

Not impressed with the contractor. Rude and unprofessional. He did not take notes nor give me a written estimate.

They have their own people so they take care of all the details. We bought the kitchen appliances and he provided labor and materials.
