"Dave is wonderful. He and his guy who did painting and sheetrock work did a great job and were able to do it all quickly. Dave is super friendly and willing to help with anything you need. I was very pleased with the work the did with fixing garage ceiling, painting and patching holes in walls, carpet patch repair in daughters room, bathroom ceiling repair, matching paint on ceilings from prior repairs, changing light fixtures. I would definitely recommend him for handyman needs. Reasonably priced as well."

"The actual guy that did the work was good at what he did, but the method of tieing in the ceiling drywall to the existing wall drywall did not go well. I had to fix some spots within 3 days that did not hold. The sales rep needs to do a better job of providing information about the job to the workers. His communication skills need to improve"

"I had a patch in my ceiling that needed repair and he did the job the same day but had to come finish the work the next day. He did a great job and kept the area as clean as he could with the dust. I recommend him for your sheetrock needs."

"Cuellar interior did a great job replacing my damaged drywall after I had a pipe leak in the attic. They also treated inside the wall for mold. Highly recommended!"

"The repair person was efficient and friendly. He gave me a good rate and completed it the same day."

"Quick professional response to my fence need. Well done."

"I hired Mr. Handyman two separate times to fix doors in my home. Clayton was the repairman that came out both times. He is very knowledgeable, kind and did great work to get my doors lined up correctly, all sealing right and locking. I definitely recommend Mr. Handyman for any work needed!"

"Mr Roundtree came into my home and did a great job of repairing several different items. He was prompt and did an excellent job of taking care of the repairs on the promised day. His pricing was fair went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done to my satisfaction. He repaired a light, installed and repaired tile and fixed an outdoor ceiling including trim work and paint. I definitely will use him again and was very pleased with the quality of his work."

Front entry sidewalk was uneven which created a dangerous tripping hazard. Driveway and patio both had uneven panels which looked bad and collected standing water.  Southern Concrete Raising came in and raised and leveled all the low areas eliminating the tripping hazards and the standing water areas.

Company was prompt, professional, and very easy to work with.  Quote was done the day after I called.  The nature and scope of the work was thoroughly explained and all my questions were answered.  Work was scheduled for two weeks out.  At the last minute I had to change the work date and they were very accommodating.  Crew arrived on time and crew chief, Mario, confirmed exactly what was to be done and explained the timing for completion.  They showed me what they were doing during this process and when finished, they had me inspect everything.  They were obviously experienced and the work was done quickly and professionally.  All went exactly as planned and the crew cleaned up everything very well before they left.  That's important because it's a messy process.  Billing was exactly as agreed - no surprises or extra charges.

Overall, the results met my expectations.  The repaired areas look great and the drainage and drying is now exactly as it should be with no standing water.  It's been nine months since this work was performed and all areas remain raised and level.  I recommend Southern Concrete Raising and will use them again if the occasion ever arises.
