"The crew did well. The owner Chris was good. They started working in February and I told Chris I wanted permit and he assured me that they would get a permit but came March and they never pulled a permit. They never finished the job. The first week of November they came back wit h the inspector. The inspector told that he needs to do one more thing and after that Chris never came back and I ended up hiring someone else."

From the get-go, they were responsive, timely and professional, and very easy to work with. I had a mess of a kitchen in dire need of updating. Because my kitchen was so bad, my original estimate came in way above the cost for my home. They worked with me to get the cost down to a reasonable amount while maintaining an impressive result. My home is a bit older and they were even able to match my 50 year old crown molding, along with making my kitchen now flow the way a kitchen should. I never liked cooking in my kitchen before but now, it's a pleasure just to be in there. Debi Franklin, their designer, was incredible with her choices and colors, and listened to me - steering me in the right direction so it all remained tasteful. "I made multiple attempts to contact this company and never received the courtesy of a response. Perhaps my initial job was not big enough. I just purchased my home and have a multitude of updates I plan to do within the next year but wanted to start with interior painting with sheet rock repairs and install a French door that required cutting out the existing wall, framing in the door then painting the interior before moving on to replacing 900 sq feet of wood flooring. Phase two would be to update kitchen and bathrooms..... however, if I can't get a response for a "small" job then I can't trust a response for a big job."
