TOLL BROTHERS LUXURY HOME BUILDERS

They are very unprofessional and shameless.When we visited the model home, they offered several features.   ALL of them were upgrades.They even have a video showing a "Design Center" that DOES NOT EXIST!They subcontract Floors, Inc. , which are not even professionals in floors, not to mention the rest of the home interiors.They don't care about your buying experience but just for making more money.I tried to come up with an arrangement, and they NEVER care about the possibility of making me happy.They will deliver the home 2 months later than planned and I already have contracted Angie's List vendors to fix their mistakes.PLEASE: IF YOU PLAN TO BUILD A HOME WITH THEM, SEARCH IN THE WEB ABOUT THE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE THAT HAVE SUED TOLL BROTHERS, WHO ARE THE MOST TERRIBLE MONSTERS I'EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH.BE ADVISED.

I loved them, everything from their floor plans to their ability to deliver a custom production home, they also followed up well. Their warranty work was outstanding as well. It was a great building experience, which is not a common occurrence when you hire someone to build a home.
