- The information (approximate completion date, how communication would occur, etc) given before signing contract was not accurate. Once the contract was signed, the customer service went out the window. The date of completion was several months later than what was originally described. Emails and phone calls would go unanswered. We were not given information about date of completion or closing date in a timely manner. The house does appear to be well built, but the building process was a nightmare. I would not recommend building with Sandlin Homes.
