As a Real Estate agent in the business for many years, even I was hesitant to have roof replaced. I had been working with Blue Star when my clients were in need. When it was my turn, I called them directly. Next day, I signed the contract and they were out 2 days later! Their roofing company was prompt and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterwards. We had a leak coming from fireplace so we were beyond grateful for their service so it was completely done in time for the next heavy rain 24 hours after they finished. Very honest and upfront with their suggestions and I would highly recommend them for anyone else needing a beautiful new roof!!! My 91 year old mother needed a new roof. I had to work with her uncooperative insurance company for several months to get approval, only to find out that the rotted decking had not been included. Blue Ribbon stayed with our claim for 5 months sending endless paperwork to the insurance company. They were able to make the insurance company pay double what was initially offered to my mom. Roof looks fantastic, clean up was done quickly and throughly. Excellent company with honest and hard working people. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
