He is a pleasant, jovial fellow. He diagnosed the problem and gave us options for fixing the problem. After he was finished, he checked out the motor and filter unit in the garage. Steve explained the best care and treatment of the system. He had cleaned up and was gone in an hour. This was a wonderful service experience!"
