"[Member Name Removed], Sorry for your frustrations. Yes, you are correct, JWS offers a Lifetime Warranty to the original owner of our product. There are specific maintenance and upkeep services that must be followed to continue the coverage of Lifetime Maintenance. We have been in business since 1979 and have always stood behind our Liferime Warranty options. We do offer a Warranty transfer of $500 to the secondary homeowners that you are welcome to take advantage of. As for the service charge you are referring too. Our record show that you were charged only $45 for your assessment. Our normal flat rate charge for any service is $150. So, it looks like your technician gave you a large break in service cost! We are here to help. We first received you ph# at 7:30pm on 6.21.18. Records show service mgr. Called you first thing 6.22.18, the next morning. Is there a better time that we can reach back out to you? Your form of communication has been through email so far. However, our technician does not have access to office email. The inner office secretaries have limited knowledge on answering technical questions for our product. Let me know when a good time is for our service mgr. to try and call you again. We look forward to getting your JWS system up and running so that you can enjoy the benefits of clean water!"

"Good to here our guys were on time! The concept of Water Softeners is to remove your hardness from your water. In turn, this will alleviate solids from staying on your appliances, bath tub, as well as your skin. Sometimes customers feel as if they are not able to remove all of the soap from their body. The technician is correct in letting you know that what you are feeling are the natural body oils being able to flow through your skin, now that the soap scum is no longer leaving a film on your body. I also reviewed your service work order. I noticed that you do not have a Jason's Water System installed. I know that with our products, when customers feel that their water is too soft feeling, we can add a 'bleeder valve' which will allow a small amount of hardness to be delivered in your home to offset the silky feeling. I hope that this will help with clarification of your concerns. Thanks, Emily VP Operations"
"Thanks for the positive review! Jason is very passionate about educating homeowners and taking care of his growing clean water families. Glad you are enjoying the benefits of clean water from Jason's, the only system on the market to meet Plumbing Codes!"
"Thanks for the positive review! It is our goal to connect with every customer so that we can be sure they have a full understanding of the entire process of buying a water system. Glad you are enjoying! Let us know if there is anything we can do for you. Thanks, Emily"
This is my final review of Jason?s Water Systems. I felt it
was wrong not giving them an excellent rating again because our system is still
kicking and doing well now. Back during the fall of last year we were having
serious issues with our unit with it not pulling out the salt in the tank. They
found the issue and it turned out to be a bad hose and gasket from the parts
dealer and not their system from what we were told. It is now going on a full
year and our system is still going strong. Also, a friend of mine who also has
their unit, also is pleased with their system again since his has been working
well too.
So overall, their system has been keeping our water soft at 1
grain (probably even less since the water test instantly turns blue). Our
laundry, showers, ice box, and other water items in our house work extremely
well now. I am very pleased with the system again. I do applaud them calling us
directly and explaining their difficulty with the faulty part and feel more
comfortable with owning their unit. Overall, the price for the system was
competitive with other units and companies out there, and it has been keeping
our house at 1 grain. The wife and I are very pleased with the system and will
look into getting another in the future for our new house.
"[member name removed], Thank you for the amazing review. It is our pleasure to provide you the with the highest standards in service and product. You deserve it!! ~Emily"
My wife and I were very surprised that Jason himself dropped by to give us his sales pitch for his company. He is very honest and straightforward business owner and answered all our questions. Next day we had our system! Quick fast installation by their A+ tech and so far it has been the best upgrade for our new home. Well worth the money in comparison to the cheap alternatives at Lowes or Home Depot. Also Jason?s Water always guarantees their water softener systems for life!!!
"(member name removed), Thank you for your amazing reviews. I am glad to hear that you feel our Jason's product was a great investment in protecting your home. Let us know if you have any friends that would also like to take advantage of clean water. Thanks, Emily"
