Central Mechanical is definitely a KEEPER! I won't be using anyone else. I highly recommend them They did an excellent job, they were extremely professional, prompt, efficient reasonable and concerned about my comfort and need for prompt service due to health issues. Ceasor was authentic about what I needed and why, He is NOT a pressure type salesman. He explained the situations and then left it up to me with the assurance that I would have a high-quality air- conditioning system with 10-year warranty. He was so intent on getting everything perfect for his customer to be happy and comfortable. He is a businessman that truly cares about his customers. I am older and he made sure I was comfortable as quickly as he could. I am so happy with the service he and his employees gave me, they were always prompt, respectful and professional with adding a good intelligent conversation about the system and a genuinely likable person. He made a point to come back to recheck to make sure the system was still on track, He is a family man that wants to help more than anything. I won't be using anyone else ever. He's the best!

We recently just replaced our gravity furnace and Central Mechanical did an outstanding job. They were responsive, punctual and very respectful of our home and belongings. I usually don't yelp anymore but was so amazed by their customer service I thought they deserved some credit. I highly recommend them.
