    They worked quickly, did a professional job and cleaned up after themselves. My house was actually cleaner when they left. I've had a rust stain on my tile that I couldn't remove and they removed it and it wasn't even in the area of the house they were working on. They were polite and respectful.

"They did a fast job clearing our clogged main like that was causing our bathroom to flood. However they would not replace our wax seal on the toilet even though it was covered under our home warranty stating “the warranty won’t pay us what we charge so we will not do it”. Then after leaving I noticed a bunch of toilet paper around our main line access. They left the trash they removed from the line."

"02 May 2025 Technician Connor (sp?) arrived at my house this morning 9:00 a.m. to repair a leak under my master bath sink. He arrived as scheduled, and after reviewing the sink, he explained what the work will entail. Twice he gave me thorough updates--easy to understand terms, and when he was finished, he showed me what the problem was. He replaced the old water shut off valves, and adjusted the water to a conservate level, so not to affect my water bill. Connor was very professional the entire time and did outstanding work in a short period of time. He gave me recommendations to keep the sink from future leaks. Sometimes, the drain is just too clogged—thanks, stubborn hair and soap scum. In this case, you’ll need a more powerful drain cleaner than you can DIY safely at home. But this doesn’t mean you have to choose a traditional drain cleaner. 

You can find biodegradable drain cleaners at your local home improvement store or online for those drains that need a little more oomph. 

While on the hunt for a formidable drain cleaner, the best options are non-chemical clog solutions that combine enzymes and bacteria.

There are several homemade solutions for clearing a clogged sink that don’t involve pouring harsh chemicals down your drain. Start by pouring hot (but not boiling) water down the drain. This can help dissolve and flush away grease and gunk. A splash of dish soap down the drain can also cut through fat and make it easier to clear the drain. For a more stubborn blockage, grab a plunger and give it a few firm pumps to dislodge the clog.

You could be smelling sewer gas in your kitchen because of a dry P-trap, clogged vent pipe, or leaking plumbing seals. If you smell a rotten egg odor, check your sink’s P-trap and plumbing connections first. A clogged or damaged vent pipe can trap sewer gas and push it back into your kitchen through the plumbing pipes. Loose or deteriorated seals around drainpipes can also allow sewer gas to leak out.
