They did a fast job clearing our clogged main like that was causing our bathroom to flood. However they would not replace our wax seal on the toilet even though it was covered under our home warranty stating “the warranty won’t pay us what we charge so we will not do it”. Then after leaving I noticed a bunch of toilet paper around our main line access. They left the trash they removed from the line.

How did it go? It went completely awful. Mr Rooter is a fraud, and I will never do business with them again. Atmos discovered a leak on our property on 01/22/2021. They shut-off the gas, and we immediately scheduled an appointment with a San Angelo plumbing company who did outstanding work on 01/25/2021. However, they detected a slow leak in the house. They gave me an estimate, but because I have a home warranty company I called them and they said it would be covered. They cancelled their open permit and instructed me to have the warranty company's plumbers open a new permit. While this was happening a city inspector showed up and they tried to get permission for a partial inspection. The city inspector said they did excellent work, but he couldn't give a partial inspection. The city inspector told me to have the new plumbing company open a new permit, and he'd come and review their work. That same day I opened a ticket with the warranty company, and they assigned the ticket to Mr Rooter. I called to schedule a time, but the rude dispatcher told me she'd have to check the schedule and call me back in a few minutes. She didn't call back that day. Tuesday she finally called and scheduled for Thursday between 2 and 4. Usually a company will call ahead, but they didn't. At 2:06 the dispatcher called and extremely rudely told me they were there but leaving. I asked for them to wait 5 minutes for me to get home. I got there 5 minutes later since I work nearby, but they were gone. I called back to rescheduled, and the dispatcher again was rude and told me she'd call back. They came back about 30 minutes later. I explained what happened with the leak, and they said they needed to test the line but didn't have a compressor. ON A CALL FOR A GAS LEAK THEY DIDN'T BRING THE TOOLS TO FIND THE LEAK! The following Saturday, 2 different plumbers showed up, and I again explained the situation. The older plumber balked at doing anything and called someone. They finally hooked up the compressor and confirmed there was a leak, which they already knew because my other plumbers had confirmed it. They said they'd have to pull a permit and climb under the house to find the leak. That should have already been done, but ok... Another Mr Rooter van pulled up and the guy said they couldn't do the work. I told him they just needed to pull a permit and they could. He made excuses, left, and they just cancelled my ticket. I'd verified they could do the work because there is no open permit. The city inspector already checked my plumbers work and told me there was no issue with the home warranty plumbers opening a new permit. Mr Rooter didn't do any work, but they did waste 2 trips, 6 days, and my home warranty's money. My home warranty company re-opened the ticket, and within 2 days another local plumbing company replaced the gas lines in my house, passed inspection, and we had heat again. I will not use Mr Rooter for anything ever again.

They're the only plumbing company I'll work with now!  From the techniques they use to the clean up and taking care of their customers, I have no complaints whatsoever.

High Dollar service without quality results.

He fixed a lot of the work that a previous plumber messed up. He does good work and he guarantees it. He also came out last Christmas to fix a leak under my sink that cost $200.00. He's prompt and comes out within an hour or two of being called. He stays until the job is complete and will work on the weekends if the job is not done. There are just two of them.

He was great.  We have used him for the past four or five years and it's the same fellow that comes out every time.  He was quick, polite and efficient.  He has everything you need in a plumber.  His prices are pretty fair.

I've been using them for 4 years. They do a great job and they stand behind what they're going to charge. They dug up a line in the back and there were no leaks. I was thrilled and relieved.
