As stated above, previous work had been done well and we would use them again for this type of service. I would not recommend for specialty dress work, however. They did do the alteration we asked for, but it did not fit well or look that good. When we asked for some additional work done to make it look better, they (sort of begrudgingly) agreed to do it, but then it wasn't ready in the time frame that I remembered them saying. I ended up paying for the work they had done and taking the dress somewhere else. I am not good at sewing and had hoped for a little more input from the experts. I didn't get this.

The owner, Patty was very helpful and professional. I asked her if this repair could be done and she said we do these all of the time. She explained to me how they would fix it and pointed out another area of wear to fix that I had not seen. She announced the price, which I found acceptable and fair. She said it would take one week. I came back exactly one week later to pick up my fixed jacket. Good as new.

I had to get some jeans altered that were falling off me before my husband and I went to DFW to visit family. I dropped them off on a Monday and was able to pick them up on a Wednesday with only a small rush fee. Jeans came out very nice and I had a pleasant experience with the seamstress as she fitted them to my body. Having more work done by them as we speak. Would use and will use again.

Dealing with the folks at Threads is always a pleasant experience. It is best to allow about a week for your alterations to be completed, as they are busy, but even this is reasonable compared to others I have used. I am a repeat customer, and that is a compliment as well as a reflection of repeated satisfactory transactions.
