We would like to speak with you, so we can address your concern with all of our technicians. We serviced your home over a year ago on November 6, 2014. We replaced one leaking hose bibb faucet, and also did a free home safety inspection at no charge. That same day after our technician left your home, our office staff called to make sure you were pleased with the service. Your wife stated she was very pleased with our service, and would call us again. Then a year later we get your review. We were shocked by this, and sincerely apologize for anything that might have offended her. Our whole company goes through a tremendous amount of training in communication skills, and the gentleman that serviced your home has been with our company for nearly 20 years. "Dear (removed member name), Again, we would like to apologize for the service you received in Nov. 2014 on the toilet repair, and water heater installation. We do admit that our licensed plumbing technician failed to make the proper repairs on your toilet, and we refunded 100% of your money on that portion of your service. We also issued a $250.00 credit on any future service repair needs. After 32 years in business, and over 4,000 service calls a year, and an A+ Better Business rating, we do admit at times we make mistakes, and fail at 100% customer satisfaction. Those mistakes don't keep us from tying each, and everyday to improve. We have used the service at your home as a training example for all future repairs.
