There was a crew of 2. I explained to them that the faucet was spinning and loosening as it did. They took it out and fixed and reinstalled the faucet. The crew was very efficient and professional and finished quickly. I was a little disappointed at the final cost. If $115.00 is for the service call, it seems a bit high.

Called for emergency help- leak/bathroom floor flooded.  Arrived when they said they would.  Explained cause of leak and steps/parts required for repair of toilet. Repaired promptly.  Would definitely use again.

Did a good job at a great price.

Once the first job was done, I asked them the next day or so to finish the job in a related task in the same room.  In my mind the two repairs were parts of one overall job. To my amazement, they insisted on charging me for two expensive house calls and he became angry when my surprise showed. Although the quality of their work is high, I will not call them again because of the attitude and expensive rates.

Joe showed up right on time and got to work right away after I told him what steps we had already tried in vain to open up the toilet drain pipe. He opened up the drain line very quickly with the auger and advised us on how to keep tree roots from invading our drain pipe. He also gave us free advice on our malfunctioning reverse osmosis water filtration unit so we knew which part had to be replaced.

Successfully diagnosed problem, Replaced faulty Water Softener Unit and saved me money on the unit and installation. I highly recommend this company.

Took a couple of hours.  Went ok without complications.

Worked there butts off and did not give up until the job was done and done right.

-Requested an estimate for replacing 50 gallon water tank and installing a water filter located in garage. 
-Received a price quote for 8 hours work.  I was told that 8 hours was the maximum but was assured that I would only be charged for worked performed.
-Two people arrived to perform the work.  One person was actually an apprentice who was tasked to observe and assist when needed.  -The apprentice left my residence several times to acquire parts.
-The work took 8 hours! 

Its my opinion based on observation that the services performed could have been performed faster, considering one person had experience and skills to perform the work without supervision.  The quality of work was acceptable.  Considering all involved, it was too much money for the work performed by an organization that routinely performs this work.

I was out of town and my son called and said water was coming in through the wall behind the washer. I told him to turn the water off at ally. He could not find the valve and called me back. I called Jerry sartor plumbing who got there in minutes, cut off the water, helped clean up the mess and fixed the pipe in the wall behind the washer. He put wall back.Cleaned up his work area and didn't even charge me for cleaning the water up. This was on a Saturday night and after hrs. He was great.He was there 1 1/2 hrs and only cheged me for 1.
