All My Sons Moving & Storage

Movers Antonio, Arcivez , and Manuel moved everything quickly and without any damage to the items. They were able to unload an entire truck up to a third floor apartment quickly and effectively.

David and his team did an excellent job moving our furniture from origin to destination. They took care and extra effort to safely pack and protect each item. They even thought out best approach to move each item in our cramped 2 story apartment. Very impressed with each team memberâ s attitude to get their work done in a professional manner. I was satisfied with the service

TL: DR All My Sons damaged my property in a move and tried to blame it on someone else. We contacted All My Sons Moving for a quotation to pack and move our 5-bedroom home and deliver it to storage in our barn, pending the completion of our new home. LV Montgomery came to our home to prepare the quotation and walked through our home, counting furniture, reviewing appliances, and going over our belongings to come up with an estimate. LV gave us a quote and we decided to go with All My Sons to move our home, expecting a kid-glove treatment of our belongings. My wife has a closet full of dresses and LV said he would drop off some large hanging boxes the week before the move so she could pack her clothes nicely on hangers. The week of the move came and no boxes. We called to ask about them and were asked how many we thought we needed. We gave them a number and they said they would bring some by. On the day of the move, we still had no boxes and the movers arrived and said they would pack the dresses. There were two trucks scheduled and about 8 people packing and moving our house. It was a busy day. The first problem arose when they tried to move my refrigerator and found it would t fit through the door, even with the handles off. They said the doors needed to come off and they could not do that; I would have to contact a specialist to come out to remove the doors or leave them behind. Luckily, they knew a specialist who came out, removed the doors, and put them back on after they made it through the door. He wanted $250 cash, or he would not do it. This was never mentioned in our quote from LV. The second problem was when we got to our destination and discovered large scratches on the doors of our large and expensive refrigerator. All My Sons said it must have been the specialist that caused the damage, and I should speak to them, accepting no responsibility. We sent pictures to the specialist and upon further review, it was determined that All My Sons failed to wrap and protect my very large and expensive refrigerator when they strapped it to the wall of the truck box. Since it was not padded, secured, or protected in any way it was scratched. This was pure negligence. Problem 3: We discovered after they left that they unloaded and placed a solid oak dresser upside down, on its dresser top, on the concrete floor of our building. Again, pure negligence. Problem 4: Remember those wardrobe boxes full of dresses? Every dress was taken off its hangers and dumped into the box. Not folded. Not hung on a hanger. Dumped. Problem 5: At one point they stopped loading and left all kinds of crazy things behind. Toolboxes, boxes of hangers (from the dresses,) and all sorts of odd things. No walk-through at all before leaving. I would suggest you either purchase supplemental insurance if you deal with All My Sons or contact someone with more experience and integrity when moving your belongings.
