Arrived promptly, went to kitchen drain outlet at front of house. Disassembled plumbing under sink and removed steel wool which had accidentally stopped up drain.
They had a few minor problems, but nothing major. When the problems were discovered, they fixed them immediately, so I have no complaints. They have the equipment to put on a catalytic finish on cabinets, which no one else around here is capable of doing.
