"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. "This is my first negative review ever but thought it was worth doing if it saves someone from the experience my wife and I had. Robert with Greentech Builders had asked me to write a review not far into our projects and unfortunately, I did and gave him a good one. We had several remodeling projects with the house we purchased and they started off ok but quickly turned very bad. We had a tub and two toilets replaced and out of three, one toilet and the tub were not installed correctly and leaked through our ceilings. He said he would repaint the areas but never did. An electric gate he installed never worked correctly and he did not come back to correct it. One project was having our kitchen tiled and was left with cracks in areas and not finished with quarter round trim but left with gaps along the cabinets and island. Robert said this wasn't included in the price but we paid probably 10% more than the next quote. In short, he charged us more than some other quotes and most every project turned out to be a mess. He didn't follow up and rarely if ever showed up to oversee his subs. The projects we had should have taken no more than a month or so at best but they drug on for nearly 7 months. We've had several different houses with many different projects but this turned out to be the worst experience we have had. My wife and I were very nice and patient with Robert which might have been one of our mistakes. He took advantage of that. Now I am finishing and correcting many projects that I paid a lot of money to Robert for. Hire Greentech at your own risk. You have been warned."
