"The issue concerning selling you a replacement turbine is not that we don't care; the reason we could not sell you one is due to the fact we have none to sell you currently. We are experiencing supply shortages with several of the items we use to manufacture storm shelters and septic tanks right now due to the COVID epidemic and our supply chains being disrupted. If you would like to check back with me in a few months hopefully the issue will be corrected."
They came out and first indicated they could not find a leak. Then about 30 mins later they came with and dug up the septic and told us that we needed the whole thing replaced for 350.00. We said fine.
Next they said that they were able to do it cheaper and only charged us 150. Oh and they broke the yard sprinklers. They then said they can't repair them, and we are SOL.
A week later, I went out to repair the broken sprinkler and they didn't even leave it exposed, it was all buried again, so we have no idea where they broke it.
We called the office and spoke to the owner. He indicated that he had no clue of what we were talking about. He then came back after talking to his employees, and they said that the guys gave us a break and that is why we were charged with 150 for the work. None of that was communicated. He said that they could cancel the 150 we owned them, and we can use it to get the sprinklers fixed.
Really? That is not acceptable. We have sent them a check for 150, and we will be cancelling ANY future service with them. You don't treat customers this way. If you make a mistake, you make it right. Then you will have a customer for life.
"Initially, an employee of our company was sent over to repair a broken septic sprinkler head or line. He could not find the break and informed the homeowner that he believed the line would have to be re-run. Homeowner approved line to be re-run and we scheduled to have it done. When going back to re-run line my brother was able to find 2 line breaks; fixed them and replaced both sprinkler heads for a cost of 150.00; instead of re-running line; saving the homeowner 200.00. In digging to find line breaks a lawn sprinkler irrigation line was accidently hit due to it being run right next to septic sprinkler line. The homeowner was told the line was hit at the time of the repair and notified we would not be able to repair the line due to Texas law requiring an irrigation license to be able to repair lawn sprinkler irrigation. Even though I feel we had handled everything as best we could have under the circumstances after receiving a call from homeowner and understanding she was displeased; I told her to use the 150.00 due for the septic repairs to pay for the irrigation line repair in hopes this would help make everything right with her. When you have septic lines and fresh water lines in close proximity to each other it is of the utmost importance that repairs done to either line are done within strict accordance of the law."
