I would never hire him again. They were on time when the roof was to be started and finished in a day. We requested when we signed contract to have all pipes on roof replaced and also the chimney flashing. Sewage vent pipes were covered with lead as requested. The central heat gas flue and hot water heater gas flue were not replaced as requested. Only caps were replaced three weeks after roof completed. Chimney flashing was not replaced during roof job as requested . A few months later the chimney is leaking around the flashing area. He sent someone out a few days later to caulk it. ( not the proper repair solution to this problem) according to our new contractor. Now it will cost us 5.5% above the total roof job to repair this problem. It has taken 4 1/2 months to settle with him. He was more interested in getting money from insurance company than doing a proper job.

He was terrible! The job took 14 months instead of a few weeks. He is awful about being in communication and was only good about returning calls when he wanted more money. He went up on the price three times and we still haven't gotten our windstorm certificate. I will NEVER use BCS again and would never recommend him.

Crew arrived early on the 5th. Stripped the old roof off down to the plywood by 10 a.m. Had replaced almost all the bad plywwod before the wind inspector showed up. She arrived earlier then expected forcing a delay on completion until the 6th. No fault of Bull Dog! Completed after inspection the following day. The Wind Storm Inspector told me they had done a very good job. The clean up was as good as you could possibly want. I couldn't be happier with their work and would definitely use them again!

There was a mix-up in the scheduling and they did not arrive at 7 am the first day.  When the mistake was discovered, they hustled a crew over here at about 10 am.  They worked until dark and got half of the roof done.  The next day they arrived PROMPTLY at 7 am and worked until mid-afternoon until they were finished.  We have had two severe storms since the roof was put on and we were totally water tight!  The roof looks great, and I thank Blake for advising us on the choice of color, as we were debating between two different ones.  The color chosen was perfect!  The clean up was absolutely amazing.  You would never know that they had been here!  I think I found only 3 nails and a piece of tarpaper that was hidden under something.  They were quick, efficient, and I would heartily recommend them to anyone!  Oh, and they were the lowest bid out of 4.  They said that if any of the plywood was bad, they would replace the first 2 pieces for free and then charge after that.  None of the plywood needed replacing.  The quoted price was exactly what we paid.  Blake Jackson is very knowledgable and he answered all of our questions with great patience.  I have recommended Bulldog to several people and they've all been pleased.

They were prompt and fixed the problem.

It went very smooth , they dropped off the material Friday morning and the roofing crew showed up Friday afternoon and came back early Saturday morning and finished before 10 am. Tim went over everything and explained it well.

The easiest contractor that I have ever dealt with. Showed up a few minutes later than scheduled but called to let us know he had run into Houston traffic. Visited with Tim for about 15 minutes discussing what we wanted done. Tim explained exactly what we could expect from time of material delivery through the clean up. Everything went exactly as scheduled. The crew arrived at 7:15 and got set up and started stripping the old shingles off the roof. They were finished stripping by 10:00 am and began installing felt, new drip edge and new shingles. I arrived home from work at 3:30 and they were about 50% complete. The new shingles and turbine fan were all installed and all trash, debris and nails were picked up and placed in their trailer, with a tarp secured over it so nothing would blow out on the trip home. I was very impressed with Tim's communication throughout the process. He responded to every call and/or kept us informed every step of the way. The crew was also very professional and very courteous.

Update 07 August 2014
There were two issues that we had problems with. We discovered some water damage that had occurred prior to the re-roofing job. Tim agreed to come back and fix the damaged area. It took a full month to get someone back out to make the repairs. We also discovered some shingles that were sticking up hear our chimney and informed Tim of this. He promised to come out and get this issue fixed also but now on August 7 almost two full months later Tim has not returned to take care of this issue. I'm still happy with the work overall but I would suggest that anyone using them hold 10% of the total cost back to insure that Tim returns to fix any problems.

Everything was done on the days agreed upon and on Budget. They gave me a free estimate and stuck to their original quote. They were on time and had everything delivered to our home first thing in the morning on Monday the 10th. Highly recommend to anyone with a roof project or storm damage.

Priced more that competitively, they had materials delivered and were there the next morning before 8AM. They were fast efficient and knowledgeable. They completed the job in 2 days, one day on the house and one day for a storage building. They explained every thing they did and everything they found while working. Quality cleanup was part of a quality job and other that the fact that the brown shingle popped with the yellow color of my house you wouldn't have known they had been here. I would recommend them without hesitation or reservations.
