"I have had over 30 contractors at my home as it has been basically rebuilt.  This company has been the most professional i have dealt with.  Showed up on time, communicated progress, cleaned up at the end of each day COMPLETELY, came with all necessary tools and supplies.
Along the width of the house, all of the walls were removed from the floor to aprox 2 feet.  Lower portion of studs and base plates removed, walls sealed with amazing product, studs, base plate and walls replaced (not the sheetrock).  All lower level floors sealed.
We have had over 5" of rain in the last 24 hours.  This is the first time since i have owned this house that the floors have not flooded when we have saturated soil and heavy rain.

They were very professional and very friendly, which made working with them very pleasant and easy. They were very good about sticking to the time frames they quoted, even when their were budget difficulties. They were more than willing to work with the customer on costs, even during their clean up phases. They also cleaned up their work spaces before it became a big mess, which saved me the hassle of cleaning up after previous contractors when I was doing my own electrical installations. "The work involved several steps from submitting the claim (Sequoia handled) to tear down old gutters and roofing, put up new roofing and gutters, and inside ceiling repair and painting. I am very pleased with the quality of the work, the clean-up around the house, the customer service, the ‘above and beyond’ attitude the owner Lou displayed throughout the project. For example, he came out and personally touched up paint to ensure the fascia boards under the gutters were protected. His crews did good work, and the project was well managed! And he took on all the work of dealing with the insurance company, so the project was fairly painless for me! Would hire Sequoia again for other projects!"
