I originally hired them to redo my mulch and bushes but after talking with this bunch , and telling them some of my other concerns I wanted to address and hearing his thoughts I let him run wild. Anthony is the Bob Ross of landscapes! I highly recommend them and I will definitely have them back to do more work!

Great group of people. Hired them to come out and remove a large rock garden and trees. It was a big job that they got done right on schedule.

They did an amazing job in my backyard they were in and out in a very timely manner as if they were not there and I am so thankful for them fixing my backyard with the draining problem that I had.

NTX Landscapes, Anthony and Hannah Futrell, Ryan Hacker. Shoddy. Unreliable. Unresponsive. Deceptive. No receipts, no signed contracts. Tried to get us to build a pergola illegally (sans permit). Trespassed and threatened me when we complained to Angi. (The first review here is by Hannah from Gainesville. His company address is Gainesville, and Hannah Futrell is/was co-owner. Coincidence? Is that the only fake review?) --- We hired NTX Landscapes in Aug 23. They worked in fits and starts and a lot of ghosting. Planted 3000 frog fruit plugs but disappeared without installing the rabbit fence we asked for. Did not answer our calls or messages. We lost all the frog fruit to rabbits. Then in January, Anthony contacted me. Said his partner Clifton, who was the project lead at the time, kept them in the dark and embezzled all the payments. Asked if we could give him a chance to make things right. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and agreed. He suggested installing porch first, then groundcover. In March, NTX gave us an estimate to build the porch. We specifically asked about the permits needed, etc. Anthony and his friend Ryan Hacker (Phone Number: 940-902-5276) insisted that the city did not require us to get a permit for this, saying it was a "non-permitted structure." We believed them and, after they verbally agreed to get an official waiver/note from the City, paid the required advance of $8,162.50 for the work to start. More no shows and ghosting. Over the next three weeks, they showed up twice. Put up posts (with temporary supports) and part of the railing and then disappeared, with lumber and equipment lying all over my patio and backyard. In April, the HOA cited us for not having ground cover and asked us to submit the permit for pergola. So we called the City Hall, and they told us that a permit is in fact required. So on April 13th, we asked Anthony work on the permit. He kept stringing us along, saying they spoke to the City, it was a done deal, just a matter of "putting it into the system", etc. They kept up the deception about the non-existent permit application until May 13th, when we found from the City Hall that no permit application submitted for our address at all. On May 13th, we asked angi.com for help with the situation. On May 21st, Anthony completed the pending sodding work and asked to be paid in cash because, he had "a negative bank balance and needed this money for his family. I did. I asked him to dismantle the half-built framework and refund us our money ($8162.50). He said he could only refund us $5000 because that's how much he could get from selling the material. He said he'd make sure the porch work is also completed promptly, if we got the permit ourselves. We decided to give them another chance. We told angi.com of the situation and paused the complaint. The next day, we saw that the irrigation system was damaged in many places and was nearly unusable. So I called and asked him to fix it, and the ghosting started all over again. So on 31st May, I texted him instead of calling. He replied on 2nd June and said he would be here on the 3rd to fix it. No show on the 3rd, texts me back on 4th. Says he made sure Hannah has me scheduled for the 5th. Did not show up on the 5th. Or after. No reply to my text of 9th June inquiring why the no show. Clearly, he decided to ghost me completely. Afterall, I had already paid for all the work done, plus the $8162.50 for the pergola that he never built. So I called angi.com and un-paused the complaint. I asked that the half-built structure be dismantled and a full refund be made. They called him yesterday, June 20th, to convey the message. In response, today, Anthony entered my backyard without my knowledge and retrieved his tools. When I caught him in the act, he menacingly said he will neither disman...

These guys know what theyâ re doing and really stand behind their work. If something isnâ t right, theyâ ll put in the extra effort to make it right. Their pricing isnâ t the least expensive but they donâ t overcharge either. Top tier work that wonâ t break the bank. Will absolutely be hiring them again!

NTX is professional & friendly. They explain the whole process their rates are fair. Honesty is important to us & they were straight & open all the way. We will be hiring them in the Spring for our flower bed. Thanks NTX for your great service!

We were having a drainage problem, thought it was the fountain. Called NTX and Clifford came out. Figured out the issue, fixed it. Came back out a few days later as the fountain stopped working, he fixed it and I didnâ t even know he was there! Great service, super nice people. Very reasonable.

We had a major drainage issue - no storm sewers in our neighborhood. NTX installed two in driveway grate drains, ran pipe to natural drain area, installed a decorative rock "stream" to direct water away from our foundation and garage. Very professional and timely, work looks great and it solved our problem!

Anthony and his crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They removed the weeds, prepared the soil and laid new sod. They were willing to do the job the multiple others refused due to the remote area of the job. Highly recommend this company and will use again if the need arises.

Went above and beyond as far as my expectations. We had crushed granite placed between our driveway and a retaining wall. The area was dug out liners were placed and crushed granite was filled. The best part was the fiber optic cable was located in that area and it wasn’t damaged during the dig or fill. They arrived promptly and finished on time. Quality materials and excellent service!
