This was a very pleasant experience! The C.I.R. team was on time, very professional, and just knocked out the work in no time. The two trees they removed were Huge, and after they cut them down and hauled away the debris, my yard was cleaner than when they got there. Will definitely hire again!

Second time I have had them trim my oak trees. Trimming was done with care and everything was cleaned up it looked better than before they came. Would hire again!

Came for estimate same day. Showed up on time, did a great job, clean-up and haul away was flawless. Good boss, good crew.

They are low priced, but I suppose you get what you pay for. I hired them to prune trees, prune rose bushes, and remove 3 trees including stump grinding. The tree pruning went fine, but it didn't look very clean when it was done. There were a lot of very small branches left. For the rose bushes, they didn't seem to understand the idea of pruning versus trimming. They just cut the rose branches shorter but that's not really pruning. The tree removal and stump grinding was a disaster. For one of the trees, they cut an electrical line during the stump grinding process. They did come back to fix it but did a very unprofessional repair job. I had to call an electrician to come back and do the job properly. For one of the other trees, they messed up my flower bed where the tree was. When they brought in their stump grinding equipment they damaged the flower bed wall and left giant ruts in the flower bed when they were done. For the 3rd tree removal, they must have damaged a sprinkler line underground because my sprinkler system started leaking after the tree removal. Additionally, there is no longer any power to the sprinkler system control panel. So I have to get a sprinkler company to fix all the damage. I won't be hiring them again. They are cheap, but now I am spending as much on fixing their damage as I did for their tree service.

Xavier responded quickly and gave reasonable quote on the spot. Provided a service date that met my needs; and then was able to come more quickly as they finished other work. Good work & carefull to avoid further damage to house. Cleaned-up and hauled away. Very satisfied.

Xavier was quick to respond, and the job was done exactly when he said it would be and the clean up was perfect and basically everything from start to finish was awesome.

C.I.R. tree service was excellent. They had one mechanical malfunction but (Xavier) f/u on the problem & work was completed with excellent results. Very professional & would hire them again.

While there was an initial miscommunication (not sure if I misheard or not), they came out when they said and gave a quick estimate. They were immediately available and were able to work with me such that they gave me a call so that I could come home right as they were finishing up. Looked it over and we were both on our way. Price was in line or a little better than average, not bad for the size of the tree removed. The only reason for the B on the quality is that some debris was left in a neighbor's yard, but it wasn't too bad and simple for me to tidy up.

Xavier and crew showed up on time, worked until job was 100%, waited for me to get home and inspect. Their work was clean and professional, especially on the old trees where their expertise really matters. I would definitely use them again.

Xavier had gone to my home on August 11 to look at the trees and determine what trees needed to be removed or trimmed. I wasn't home at that time. He met with me on August 14 to discuss what he felt should be done. After I agreed to the work that was needed, he said he would return on Saturday August 16th to start at about 8:30 or 9am. I left pretty early, so he wasn't there when I left home Saturday morning. When I returned home at about noon, he and his crew were just about done with the work. I couldn't believe it was my home, it looked wonderful. Before the trees were trimmed, you couldn't see the front of the house, it was hidden by trees and shrubs. The first thing I noticed was that I could see the front of my home. Xavier walked around the house and explained what he had done. Everything looked great. There was a dead palm tree in my backyard and he and his crew trimmed it significantly. After the trimming was completed, the crew began to remove the limbs. There was a lot of trimming done, so there was plenty of limbs that needed to be picked up. It took the crew about two hours to remove the limbs. They did an excellent job with the trimming, removal and cleaning the yard up. I was very impressed with the work done. Xavier said the trees will need to be trimmed again in about a year and a half. I will definitely call this company for the next tree trimming.

CIR called me around 3:00 AM at work to say they could get to my house earlier than expected. By the time I got home around 5:30, they were putting the finishing touches on grinding the stump and cleaning up.

Xavier and his crew showed up on time and worked for a full day on my property. They did an excellent job of pruning and shaping the trees and cut down and ground the stumps of two other trees. They transformed my front and back yard and it looks so much better than it did. They also cleaned up my yard and hauled all of the material away. I am very please with this tree service and would recommend them to anyone.
