Home Remedy LLCIt went great! This was the fourth job Home Remedy has performed for us over the years and they continue to be Grade "A". They were prompt in responding to our initial inquiry, showed up on time to discuss the project and even suggested ways to make it better than we planned. After we agreed on service and cost (we are retired and on a budget) they showed up when they said they would and five days later we have a beautiful pergola! At the end of each day the crew left a clean worksite which the wife and I really appreciate! Revis and his crew finished the job right on time. ABBA General ContractingABBA demolished my substandard, detached garage and constructed a new carriage-style garage, a mudroom, and a screened patio. The project turned out great, and I continue to get compliments from my neighbors. Carl and Joe were super to work with; I always knew they were dealing in good faith to provide me exactly what I needed and wanted, and at a fair price, without the hassle of contract amendments for each realtime change of plan. For example, I had not considered the benefits of having a sliding glass door access from my living room onto the new porch. SLP ConstructionAs I was planning to enclosure the patio of the house I was moving in and turn it into a sunroom I had different companies come and give me their estimates for my project. Some of these companies who are particularly specialized in building sunrooms presented beautiful projects. I picked Pablo, the owner of SLP Construction over these companies because of the reviews on Angie's List and because he seemed trustworthy. He too gave me a very affordable estimate. I trusted him, and he did not disappoint me. Indeed, he exceeded my expectations. The project turned out to be a gorgeous sunroom which added much more value to my new home. The project included building a vaulted ceiling/roof and tile work on top of an existing concrete slab. The main features of the patio include a gas fireplace, stone accent wall and sitting bench, ceiling fan, water connection for outdoor appliances, and additional power outlets. Johnny remained a high level of customer service through the 2.5 month period from initial contact through completed project. On rare occasion, homeowners needed to bring some matters up with Johnny regarding subcontractors. In each case he resolved the issues within 24 hours. (The 4-month delay in writing this review was to ensure no quality issues arose; none have, which speaks to the high quality of craftsmanship.)- Craig G.

Excellent job. The project was started early Feb and was interrupted somewhat by the unexpected freeze (2/15/2021). That being said, the project was completed by mid April. Rick O and his crew were professional, respectful of our privacy and of our needs, and maintained safe practices regarding the Covid pandemic. The crews were skilled and obviously took pride in their work.

I work in remodeling for any type of room that my client asks for. I will work on kitchens, patios, carports, bathrooms, room additions, etc. I have been working in this profession for 30 years. There will be a contract written up as soon as the client asks for remodeling. I am available from Monday to Friday and from 8 AM to 6 PM.

It was very easy to communicate with Mr Perez. He completed the job early (!!), it looked great and the cost didn't exceed the quoted amount. He is reliable, competent, experienced and very pleasant to work with. I would hire him again without hesitation.
