"I hired Fernando to replace two washing machine valves in my supply box, as one had a valve that would not close all the way, and the other would not open all the way, which caused my HE washer to constantly stop for errors regarding low flow. Fernando texted me shortly after I requested a bid on Angi's list. I told him what I was looking for, sent him a picture of the box, and he said he could do it for $250, which was substantially less than a local plumbing company had quoted me several years ago.
