Fernando texted me shortly after I requested a bid on Angi's list. I told him what I was looking for, sent him a picture of the box, and he said he could do it for $250, which was substantially less than a local plumbing company had quoted me several years ago. Fernando arrived 15 minutes early, and explained that he did not have the exact parts to match, but that the valves and hammer arrestors he got from home depot would suffice, He was able to remove the old valves and install the new ones with only the need to remove a small section of the drywall above the box to access the PEX pipes, and then added the arrestors with seperate adapters. It looks wonky, but works great. Will update u if needed, but so far so good: no leaks."
