"Hugo installed bathtub/shower safety grab bars. He did an excellent job. He was on time very nice and got the job going. The price was very reasonable. After he finished I showed him an issue with my patio cover. He took some pictures of the area and said he could the job. I will get back to him next week. Thank you HUGO!"

"We hired Mr Noriega for tree trimming and he was very professional and took the time to discuss what exactly was going to be done. He made sure to clean up the area when the job was completed. He took extra time to even clean out my gutters. I have also hired him for yard service and clean up in the past. I would definitely recommend him and will continue to hire him in the future."

"Ivan got in touch with me right away and was able to come the same day to finish a paint job I had started. Brought all his own equipment and he finished within an hour. The room looks great! Very reasonably priced, very professional! I will be using his services again."

"Handyman Carpentry came through for me and my family! Our door was kicked in and I needed to feel safe immediately. Mr. Kevin came through with a fast response, and great work. He kept in contact throughout the entire time! Reasonable and fair pricing. This was an emergency for me and Mr. Kevin and his squad came through. We will definitely be calling on him again for more carpentry and home improvement jobs! Thank you and I pray nothing but growth and success for you and your business!!"

Pool Table Assembly questions, answered by experts

Some pool professionals recommend adding an extra layer of comfort and protection between your pool and the vinyl liner. Made from a range of plastic blends, these liners can absorb moisture, allow the pool liner to breathe, and act as an extra barrier for pests, burrowing animals, and mildew. They also provide an extra layer of comfort for swimmers.

The best temperature to paint a pool deck is between 50 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit, because many paints and sealers require temperatures warm enough for the chemical reaction to take place for proper curing. The paint should not be allowed to freeze, and temperatures above 90 degrees can cause the paint to dry too quickly, also preventing the chemical reaction from following through to completion.

Your pool should only lose around 1/4 of an inch of water per day, give or take. More wind, sunlight, and heat will cause this number to increase, while rainy or cloudy days will decrease the amount of water that evaporates.

Yes, it’s possible to put too much salt in your saltwater pool, and doing so can cause a number of problems, including corroding metal parts and causing the chlorinator to stop working correctly. In general, slightly elevated salt levels won’t cause serious problems beyond salty-tasting water, but you should dilute the water in a pool with extremely high salt levels to prevent damage to its components.

In-ground pools are more durable and have a longer lifespan, but aboveground pools are an excellent option for homeowners on a budget. Aboveground pools are also easier to remove if you no longer want to maintain one.

The cost of an aboveground pool is $800 to $5,000 for materials and $1,000 to $3,000 for labor. Before deciding, weigh the pros and cons of each pool.
