After I placed the order we got a phone call the day before confining the appointment (10-12) and Nelson - the installer - showed up in the agreed timeline. He completed the installation AND set up a couple of additional remote controls (he even helped set up my car "remote control"). The service was excellent all along the process. we are very pleased with the process AND the result."

He was able to work within my budget, and got all the work done, to code, and according to a very specific specification I wrote up (they even recommended some substitution and corrections where needed). Additionally, this might be the most honest contractor ive ever worked with - I accidentally overpaid, and he caught the error and offered to refund or rebate me on another project. Of course, I was very happy to accept a rebate on another project because I wanted to continue working with this company."

When I called them back for an estimate on the leak repair, they convinced me that, with the low pressure and the leak, my house just needed to be re-piped and quoted me $8,000 - not including the sheetrock repairs that would be necessary. Thank heavens I decided to get a second opinion. Ronnie took a walk around the house and checked the gateway shutoff valve that I had used to turn the water off and then back on after the freeze. I had simply neglected to open it all the way - hands probably not strong enough. He then came back to locate and repair a very messy, hard-to-reach hot water leak for under $1400. The way I see it, his competence, his real interest in solving problems the simplest way, and his honesty saved me about $8,500."
