Cleaned up their work areas (inside and out) and hauled away old tub and panels) - made sure both of us understood the mechanics of the equipment and allowed me one extra day before signing off on the project for some antagonistic testing. I feel this team demonstrated everything that the salesman promised and more which is rarely the case. Well done gentleman!"

"The work done to complete and replace our old bathtub and shower was in one day. And it was mostly done by one technician and saw the problem with our pluming and called up a plumber and fixed it pretty quick. The technician did a great job. The only issue I had a problem with were the two previous technicians that arrived. There was road and sidewalk work being done by the city and the technician that we spoke to said that they could not do the job and to reschedule it. So, I called in to have it rescheduled and during that same week the other technician came by and had no problems about the work being done in front of our house and did the job that day with the help of the plumber. So overall great job and I will refer Bath Fitter to my friends and family."

Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work.
