Ideal Resurfacing

Tino did an excellent job and was very professional. We’ve had our house for 18 years and was thinking of remodeling our children’s bathtub and tiles. I stumbled upon his company and called. In a few days the worn down bath tub and tiles totally transformed and looking like brand new again. So happy with the result!

Tino was great, on time, friendly and professional. Easy to work with. They came out and resurfaced kitchen countertops as well as bathroom countertops and shower floor. Very neat, looks better than expected and highly recommend for the work and price.

Contacted Tino and he came to look at the bathrooms. Quoted and gave me a discount. He was punctual and finished when expected.

I sent an email to [email protected] to setup a time to get an estimate. Tino called me back within the hour and gave me a quote over the phone. Tino arrived on time on the day the work was to be done. He told me that he would like to inspect the tub and then meet with me again to discuss the details of the repair. After the inspection, Tino was very honest about what he found and I decided to move forward with the repair. Tino worked from 8:30am until 2:30pm without stopping for lunch. About every hour Tino would give me an update on his progress and ask me if I wanted to see the work-in-progress. I did see the work-in-progress, only the final result. I think Tino did a fantastic job. I would recommend Ideal Resurfacing to all my friends and co-workers.

Ideal resurfacing's website is very misleading. It talks of Tino being on-time and finishing the job ahead of schedule. This is not the case. The first appointment, Ideal Resurfacing called me 1 1/2 hours late for his appointment (which was the first of the day) and said he would be at least another hour. I cancelled for that day. On the second appointment, he showed up and started the work. Then he realized he was out of one of them chemicals he needed. He attempted to tell me he would finish the job in a few days, then when i informed him that was unacceptable he said he would come back that same evening after he did another job for someone else (leaving the tubs where they could not be used). Again I told him no. He gave me this speak about integrity and trying to do the job right and I gave me one about what happens to contractors that do shotty work. He went and got the chemical and finished the job (after i made him re-due part of it). It took him 3 hours longer than it should have. He also kept a bathtub stopper by accident and did not return it until I threatened to stop payment on the check. He did take $100 off the cost (at my request) for the problems. *****MY ADVICE - LOOK ELSEWHERE*******
