"Fabulous experience with them! They spent long and meticulous hours replacing some windows and patio doors for us. When it was uncovered that the original owners took short cuts, they put in extra time to make sure the job was done right. Definitely will use in the future!"

"Brennan Enterprises did a great job installing our new windows and patio doors! Garrett and Brody were very nice to work with, worked efficiently, and cleaned up very well every day. They worked around our unpredictable spring weather to get all windows and doors installed in a timely manner. The new windows and doors look great, and we're looking forward to improved utility bills! Excellent job!"

The homeowners upgraded both the windows and doors on their home. This front door looks like it's made from wood but it's actually a super energy-efficient and nearly maintenance free fiberglass door from ProVia.

Customers say: Quick response

"This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor. I had a shower door that I needed to get installed. I contacted him on a Mon and he was able to come out the next day. He was polite and honest and said I'll take care of it and the price was absolutely fair for the work. I would highly recommend them and would hire Glass View again. I wish all contractors were like them."

"We appreciate the awesome job installing our shower door. Francisco was very professional and polite from start to finish. He and his partner left everything neat and cleaned up. We discovered that his company offers quite a few services and products so he will also be installing our storm door. Overall excellent job!"

"We hired Jerry to install a couple of exterior doors and frames, 1 door stayed the same size but 1 door we increased to a 36”. The house is over 100 years old and definitely had its challenges, but Jerry was persistent and stayed with it giving us a very satisfactory job. We will definitely use him again in the future."

Window Door Contractors questions, answered by experts

The most affordable way to screen in a porch is to add a base track system to an existing wooden frame. The whole process should cost around $2,000 for supplies, depending on the size of your porch. It’s much pricier to build a screened-in porch or sunroom from scratch—and you’ll probably need to hire a contractor for a project like that.

Awning windows can have screens, but it depends on your manufacturer. If your awning window does have a screen, it will be on the interior side so it doesn’t get in the way when you crank the window open. Having the screen on the inner part of the window also makes it easier to clean from inside your home.

Yes, you can fix windows without replacing them. However, this will depend on the severity of the issue and what your needs are. Minor water damage, broken glass, damaged casing, and worn caulking are usually easy repairs. But if there is excessive damage, the windows are constantly foggy, or the windows are very old, it’s best to consider replacing them. Replacement windows cost between $575 and $1,475 per window, or an average of $850 per window.

If you’re not keen on using a traditional doggie door, there are some alternatives. One popular option is a solid, insulated door that you can lock when you’re out of the home for added security. You can also opt for a doggie screen, which you can lift and lower to allow your pooch access to the outdoors. These are a bit more convenient to use than a regular exterior door, although security could be an issue. You can also install a screen door with a small opening for your pup to prevent bugs from coming inside as your dog exits.

The average cost to screen-in your patio ranges from $2,000 to $4,000. How much you spend depends on the size of your patio, the materials used, and construction complexity. Some patio screen room kits are easy to DIY, but you may need to hire a local screened-in porch builder and obtain permits for more complex designs.
