Kirk Hanes, owner of Homes By Hanes, built a house for myself and my husband. Kirk did an outstanding job for us and made the whole new-build process so easy. He communicated with us throughout the entire process. He listened to all of my suggestions and made every attempt to give me exactly what I wanted. He also addressed any concerns I had with immediate attention. He is a wonderful builder who pays attention to detail in the building process to assure everything is perfect. We were so happy with Kirk as a builder, we are actually wanting him to do an add-on room to our new-build home. Great experience with Homes By Hanes!!!

Homes by Hanes was an excellent choice for our project. They were on time, thorough, professional, and performed quality work. Not many contractors can honestly say that. I was truly satisfied on every level and I am a nit picker when it comes to quality work. I watched every individual that did work in my home throughout the project. If there was anything that needed to be corrected, which was very little, Kirk and his team took care of it immediately. I am very happy with my choice of Homes for Hanes and will use them for more projects in the future. That says it all! Dave

Demo tub and small shower, Built pony wall with oversize shampoo shelf and water valve in the wall. Now have an oversize walk in shower.

The helpful advice and guidance we got from Mr. Hanes turned our covered patio project into a dream room/studio. I can t say enough about the quick service and attention to detail.
