"Worst customer service ever. Very unprofessional. Waited all day long just for them to get mad bc I thought about leaving a bad review . So they said they would not put Freon in our AC unless we said we would leave a good review. Why would I leave a good review for poor service. Then they removed my bad review!!! DO NOT USE . Left children with no AC over a review that didn’t exist yet. They came out before this visit & didn’t even fix the problem ."

"If I could give McWilliams & Son Heating and Air Conditioning zero stars, I would. My experience with this company was very disappointing. The invoice I received was significantly higher than other estimates for the same equipment, and communication throughout the process was frustrating and unprofessional. When I asked for an itemized bill to understand the charges, I was told that one would not be provided, which raised serious concerns about transparency and trustworthiness. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes from other HVAC companies before considering this one. "

Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.
